I am not getting email notification of my VTC private messages

The solution to this issue is to check your private message settings by doing the following:
1. Sign In
2. Go to the My Account menu on the left
3. Choose Private Messaging
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Settings (red link)
5. Make sure the option for "Email notification of new messages" is selected
5. Click "Save Changes"
NOTE: You also should check your email SPAM filter to make sure the notifications are getting through to your email!
