Virtual Therapy Connect was UPGRADED on March 23, 2020
All users registered prior to the upgrade date must establish new VTC credentials. You should have received an email on the day of the upgrade with a link to establish your new username and password. If you did not, please check your Junk folder. If you need the link resent, you must contact us at email@example.com from the email address associated with your VTC account.
APP UPDATE REQUIRED: The VTConnect Care APP was also UPGRADED on this same date and you must download the new version to connect for sessions.
