With all subscriptions levels you get your own Virtual Office with our proprietary web-based HIPAA compliant secure communications platform that allows you to safely connect online with your clients for video tele-therapy sessions, online real-time chat, and encrypted email exchanges. You also get access to our technical support staff via the telephone or email to assist you with integrating our technology into your practice and optimizing your Virtual Office for clients. All this, plus many other value added features designed specifically for practitioners to help you grow your practice and support existing clients!
Can I link from my website directly to my Virtual Office?
Yes, with a unique URL that is available with the Premier Subscription (for an add-on fee) and with the Gold Subscription (included), you will get a unique URL such as www.virtualtherapyconnect.com/therapistname that will link clients directly to your Virtual Office where they can register for their free VTC client account and/or they can log in with their existing VTC account to connect with you. You can post your Unique URL on your existing website and use it in marketing materials.
How do I expand my practice with Virtual Therapy Connect?
Once your credentials have been third-party verified, you will be listed as part of the VTC network of practitioners which will help put you in touch with prospective clients looking for therapeutic assistance. You also can utilize the VTC communications platform to meet regularly with your existing clients even when face-to-face meeting isn't possible.
Third-party verification requirement
All practitioners that join VTC must pass a background check and license verification through a third party, InfoCubic. After you have registered, we will provide a link where you can submit the background check application and pay the one-time non-refundable fee of $30 directly to InfoCubic. This is for the background check and verification of one license. Additional licenses to be listed on our site must be verified at a cost of $7.50 per additional license.

Subscription Terms and Conditions
There are 3 levels of Service for Individual Practitioners: Basic, Premier, and Gold. The Basic Service is an introductory service. You may stay at the Basic Service level so long as you do not exceed the maximum number of hours of usage in a calendar month. This is currently 5 hours. The Basic Service is free of charge. Once you exceed the maximum hours for the Basic Level you will be required to upgrade to either the Premier Level (up to 20 hours a month) or the Gold Level (unlimited usage). We will send you an email indicating that you have exceeded the Basic Level threshold. You will have 3 days to upgrade your service to either the Premier or Gold levels. If you do not upgrade your service to Premier or Gold within the 3 days, your account will be suspended until you make an election. Once you have exceeded the Basic Level threshold, that level will no longer be available to you.
Once you exceed the Premier Level threshold, we will send you an email notifying you that you have exceeded the threshold. You will have 3 days to upgrade your account to the Gold Level. If you do not upgrade your service to Premier within the 3 days, your account will be suspended until you make an election.
You may move to Premier Level service from the Gold by notifying us of your requested change a month in advance.
