Visit your practitioner’s VTConnect Office Portal and follow any instructions posted under the heading SUPPORT. If no details are provided under the SUPPORT heading, login to your practitioner’s VTConnect Office Portal and send a secure private message. To do this, either click “Messages” from the top right menu or click the “View & Send Messages” link from the Office homepage.
Login to your VTConnect Office Portal and send a secure message to the VTConnect Support Team. To do this, either click “Contact” from the top right menu or click the “Contact VTConnect Support” link from the Office homepage. All messages received by the VTConnect Support Team are answered as quickly as possible!
