The founder of JACK Attorneys and Advisors, Janine Anthony Bowen counsels clients in critical areas spanning intellectual property, Internet-based issues, and the licensing and acquisition of technology. She helps clients leverage greater revenue from their technology, and she safeguards their intellectual property.
Before she founded JACK, Ms. Bowen capped a more than decade-long practice in law by rising to partner at the Atlanta office of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP. Before practicing law, she built a foundation for her career in technology. She worked as a senior software consultant for Accenture, as an industrial engineer at CIBA Vision and as a program manager for IBM, where she managed hundreds of technology licensing agreements that generated global revenue exceeding $150 million a year.
Ms. Bowen's Juris Doctor is from Georgia State University College of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science from Clemson University. Ms. Bowen serves as legal counsel for Virtual Therapy Connect and helps conduct workshops with Dr. Ireland on the integration of technology and psychotherapy.
