Schedule a 15 Minute Technical Check Session with New VTC Clients

We recommend that prior to your first scheduled VTC session with a client, you set up a short technical check session. This is very important in case the client has any issues installing or using the VTC software, these issues can be identified and corrected prior to the therapeutic time.  

Before the technical check session, your client should review the Patient FAQ Step by Step Instructions: Connecting with your therapist for a virtual therapy session. This FAQ can be found in the Patient FAQs category "How to Set Up and Use the VTC Platform".
