How do I become Third Party Verified?

Virtual Therapy Connect uses a 3rd party, InfoCubic, to verify the credentials and conduct a background check on all practitioners prior to fully activating therapist accounts. This requirement helps us insure that only qualified professionals may gain access Virtual Therapy Connect.  To fully activate your account with Virtual Therapy Connect, you must access and submit the Background Check Form below:

Please note, you must complete, sign and email or fax the application and release for the background check directly to InfoCubic.  Once you submit the application for the background check, your credit card will be charged by InfoCubic and this payment is non-refundable.  Our standard background check includes verification of one license or national certification - each additional license or national certification must be verified at a cost of $7.50 each in order to be listed on our site. For interns registering under a supervising VTC practitioner, your background check will include education verification and will cost $35.50. Your completed background check will be emailed to you and Virtual Therapy Connect in approximately three business days.

Once Virtual Therapy Connect receives your completed background check from InfoCubic that verifies you as a qualified professional, your Virtual Therapy Connect account will be fully activated and you can utilize all the features of the site.  Once your account is fully activated, you will be listed on Our Therapists page so that existing clients and new clients can register to be part of your Virtual Online Office.
