    The information you provide is kept completely confidential and will only be shared with any practitioner with whom you initiate a request to connect.  Once you have completed your registration you will be able to log into our site with your username and password and you will have the opportunity to read the full bios of our practitioners and can send a request to connect to any of our practitioners.  If you are not an existing client of the practitioner with whom you would like to connect, and if the practitioner accepts your request to connect, then you may schedule a FREE 10 Minute Consultation with that practitioner to make sure this is the right connection for you.  If your initial connection is not the right fit, then you may initiate up to two more connections with FREE 10 Minute Consultations with different practitioners so that you can find the right therapist to meet your needs.

    Background Check: All practitioners that join our team must pass a background check and license or national certification verification which is conducted by a third party, InfoCubic, with which you contract directly.  Any requests for refunds would be made to InfoCubic directly, and not to VTC. The base cost for the screening is $30 - this is a one-time, non-refundable fee that includes the background check and verification of one license or one national certification.     The Service: All Virtual Therapy Connect plans are available only to licensed or nationally certified, third party verified, behavioral health individual practitioners. Any practitioner choosing the basic plan must also agree to be listed in the therapist directory on our site.     For children under 18 years old to receive services from therapists on our website, a parent or legal guardian must create the client account to be used by their child. The parent/guardian must accept the "Terms and Conditions" of the site. If the child is under 13 years old, the parent must also submit a consent form allowing for disclosure of personal information from their child. This form will be emailed to the parent email address entered during the client registration, and the form must be faxed, emailed, or mailed back to Virtual Therapy Connect prior to the child's use of the services from any therapist on our site.
